We store the sender label, declared sender type, subject, message and any optional reply contact you choose to provide. We also store an approximate timestamp and limited user-agent metadata.

To discourage abuse, submission requests are rate-limited using a salted hash of their source IP address rather than keeping the raw address in the correspondence database. No analytics cookies are set by this application.

Correspondence is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database configured for EU jurisdiction. Requests are not public. Your private receipt token enables you to check status or delete the submission; we store only its cryptographic hash.

Do not include passwords, credentials, medical data, confidential records or other information you do not have authority to share. A retention schedule and full data-handling policy will be published before expanding the project into a larger public service.
